Call us at (281) 699-8614. We answer the phone from 7am to 9pm, every day of the week. When you call, expect a real person, not a phone tree. We will ask what is wrong, when it started, and whether the door is stuck open or shut. From there we either book you in or talk you through a quick fix if that is what you need. After hours, leave a message. We call back within 30 minutes, and on hurricane-aftermath days when call volume spikes, we still aim to hit that 30-minute window.

Houston is home base. We also run service trucks daily to Sugar Land, Katy, The Woodlands, and Pearland. Drive time from our shop runs 30 minutes to most of the metro and up to 50 minutes for the far edges of Katy or The Woodlands depending on freeway state, I-10 west and I-45 north can both double the drive at rush hour. We stick to the Greater Houston metro inside the Grand Parkway. If you are calling from Galveston, Conroe, or Brazoria County, ask and we will tell you honestly whether we can be there same day. Beyond the metro we usually refer out to a tech closer to you. No sense charging a long trip fee when a neighbor can do it faster.
